Nice place, the area not too good. Apts are nice and big. My friend leaves there and has a parade of hookers and dealers to apt. 222, stay away from building 20! It’s the only thing that was sketchy. Other than that great apartment complex.

Probably one of the best apartment communities on Long Island. We lived there for about 18 months. The property itself is beautiful, well maintained, relatively new, and has great amenities on site. Having Starbucks on premises is a great feature specially if you're working from home and love coffee. The property has a nice gym, two nice swimming pools with clean water, and a great lounge area for relaxing. All common areas are well kept and clean. The apartments themselves are big and well maintained, with brand new, modern equipment and appliances, enabling a comfortable stay. Conveniently located on Rte 110 with tons of shops, close to LIRR. Special shout out to the maintenance team that responds at short notice to most requests and does their job well, and the leasing office staff that is very helpful and responsive to any complaints and requests. Overall, a great value for money and I highly recommend it.

Update 6/2 (-1 star): Please please please secure the apartment complex with a gate and ID checkpoint system. I came back home from work around 2AM two nights ago and it is apparent that there are a few ‘crazies’ that wander around the perimeter of the complex (thank God not inside). But because the apartment complex is EASILY ACCESSIBLE TO LITERALLY ANYBODY, who knows who may stumble inside past midnight? The surrounding neighborhood is totally okay. It’s just that a few weirdos/druggies, to say the least, come out past midnight and walk the stretch of 110 and some side roads. Please PLEASE, and this has been urged by many residents, add A SECURITY GATE CHECKPOINT. Other than that, everything else has been totally fine. Very nice complex. Amenities are endless, and top of the line. The apartment units are well built and spacious. Community events are a mainstay during the summer and I love the fact that a dog park/run is available! Thus, four stars. One star should be deducted, though. Here’s why: The quality of life seems to be a lacking factor. Firstly, neighborhood locals who do not live in the complex are speeding through (some drive through, but not the point.) as if they own the place. Why is there public traffic in a private-living community? For the amount of money being paid, at least gate the place and ID those come in. I park secluded now to avoid any mishaps. About two weeks ago, whilst driving in, a dude dragging a cart full of stuff was meandering the premises trying to find a way out. I don’t get it, again, why do people think this is a public area? Not to mention the constant noise from amped up 2004 Civics that pass by on the side roads (especially in the summer.) Okay, I lived in NYC, I am used to it. But I’m in Long Island for a reason. Greybarn, you have the money. So add a security booth or two or three for people to be ID’ed when coming in. Why must I stumble upon ten people a week driving beaten down cars and Priuses through the premises at 1 in the morning? Overall, good place. Just needs a little “security” TLC and reinforcement. These are private roads. Not public side roads.
