In order to use the waterpark you have to have a room, but the restaurants, arcade, etc that aren't in the waterpark area you can walk in and do. There aren't passes for those things though. It's pay to play.
No day passes. But worth the stay for a night. And you can play from the time you check in until closing the day you leave.
You must stay to do any of the activities in the hotel. It is well worth the cost of a room trust me!
