The one in Grand Mound is service dogs only. However, some of their other locations are pet friendly.
No pets are allowed. There is a kennel just south of them. If you are going I would recommend that you have a neighbor pet sit for the short time you are away.

I don't know their policy but we have been four times and I have never seen any pets so would say no.
It is more of a Family Resort than a hotel and I do not think they are pet friendly, but we'll worth the trip with kids they will have a blast
