We took my granddaughter for her 3rd Birthday. She had an blast. We felt very safe. Staff is very friendly and they are continually sanitizing. This was our first adventure here, we plan to return 😊

We felt completely safe the whole time. They're constantly cleaning, they have little stations everywhere with hand sanitizer, masks and gloves. You can only be in elevators with whoever you came with so that was nice. it was not crowded at all and actually I think right now is the best time to go. I went a few years ago when they were at 100% capacity and it was a nightmare. Right now they're only allowed to be at 50% capacity so it's way better. plus if you go on Groupon you can get coupons for discounts for there, that's what we did. We got a really good deal that's why we went and we had two suites. Plus all the bleach that runs through that place from the water park kills just about everything. If you're going to go I think now is the time to go.
Our family felt safe. They required masks and distancing. You can order any food in their app. They are constantly cleaning and sanitizing. Their mobile app is super user friendly and made it easy to get in contact with the front desk and even to order food.
