They have started selling day passes to the water park for non guests. The pricing seems to be based on how full the hotel is as it was something crazy like $120 a person a few days before I went for the day pass but generally seems to be $50 which is what they used to sell extras to hotel guests staying if they had day visitors. Imo the water park alone isn't worth $50 but it may be to other people. It's probably cheaper to just stay there via one of the groupon deals unless it's just one person or one parent and a kid but if at a possible staying on site is worth it AND you get two days of the water park or 1 3/4ths as you can't officially get your band for staying until 1 PM and the water park opens at 10am I think but the second day you can go open to close.

Yes you can go here without having a room and have use to all of the resort like the spa, the gift store, the arcade room and they have a magic quest game that can be played but the water park is only for guests that stay in the hotel.
