The location, staff, and parts of the hotel were wonderful, but our room was not. We were on the 4th floor and our room filled with water twice, two separate days. The second time we called about it, we were told it happens frequently when it rains. So the hotel knows it's an issue but hasn't done anything to fix it, like replace the door. The door to our bathroom was warped at the bottom and there is not a strong enough fan in there. The dehumidifier that runs constantly in the room doesn't reach the bathroom and it's very humid in there, even when noone has showered. I really can't give enough positive praise to the staff. They all went out of their way to take care of you. The view was wonderful, the food was ok (ate 2 times at Rum Runners), and conference area was more than adequate to hold the book signing I was there for. Thank you for a great weekend with old and new friends.

Great location and the staff in reception were nice but the bar staff in their Rumrunners bar were very rude. The hotel offers a 30 minute drink reception(terrible flat beer but also a nice rum drink) and when we asked a bartender at Rumrunners where the reception was, she waved her hand toward the beach and said "out there somewhere " and then turned away. We came back to the bar later and enjoyed the live music but the bar staff where very inattentive, surly and acted annoyed that customers were there. A different bar staff were working the next night and they had the exact same attitude. They did act friendly when it was time to pay the bill! It killed me to tip them 20 percent for horrible service. The food was incredibly mediocre and overpriced and the bar shuts down at 11 pm which is a bit early for a Saturday night. On the plus side, the hotel grounds were very nice and it is situated right on the beach.

Never again. No blankets in the room with the AC set to 68 when we got there. Asked for blankets 4 times! Never brought them to us. House keeping knocked on our door 3 times in the morning starting at 9am to see if we left for our 11am check out time. Staff is inconsiderate for the guests.

Beach tents are permitted, but you are not permitted to take your own umbrellas. Umbrella rents are $20 and cabana rentals are $60 per day.
Yes ....Super Shuttle at airport..takes you to and fro....
Yes! It's lovely. You can order room service, done in the cool restaurant or take your delightful breakfast, including awesome coffee, out to the beach & dine under the palapa to the sounds of stunning ocean surf & waves. The food is great & the view is the absolute best. 🏖
There is, you get used to the noise but the place itself isn't as nice as you would think being redone.
Yep. The website said it had a oven, too, but we had a crappy microwave instead
It is $16.99, and it has eggs, cereals, breakfast meats, baked fresh breakfast breads, fresh fruit, and more
They can pay at gate 15 $ but we had friends there and they were there all day nobody messed with them
No, and the food and drink is very pricey.
Very limited mask wearing. Was there for a week and hardly ever had one on.
There are signs on the beach itself saying that you can not drink but so long as your on the Sirata property you can. Just don't go past the fire pit with your drinks. Police do like to take random trips down the beach so be careful.
I would call and ask.
We were in a condo and it was very nice.
There isn't a cart anymore. Just the resort bars, which anyone can use. There was a sign up that said no outside alcohol or drinks on the beach. Meaning only resort cups were allowed, patrol was checking too!
I'm 99% positive they do not. Taxi or Uber/ Lyft, or look into renting a car are your options.. price out out Uber/Lyft and compare car rental prices, you might find your better off renting a car is close to round trip with Uber /Lyft and then you can go drive to other places. Uber/Lyft to bars for night time fun..hope this helps Sirata was awesome for us
They have a lot of options. Eggs, bacon, pancakes, breakfast sandwiches, hash browns. The buffet was indoors and you can order table service outside. Both come from the same kitchen.
Wi-Fi is available throughout the property and included in the resort package.
Masks were required in the buildings while I was there last week, but if you didn't have one on it was not enforced to put one on.
They do not, But the beach is so beautiful that you might not want to be stuck in a room anyway.
Dogs are allowed in certain rooms
Seem like there is some resort/ beach tax even on Airbnb. Go to one of the hotel booking apps you may get a better deal
I was there a few weeks ago. My room overlooked an interior courtyard and did not have a balcony or a beach view. There are a few buildings and I think they are all different. I was in building 2. Hope that helps.
Not having? Or not happy?
I believe they do. There appear to be options on their website under the 'weddings' tab
It is not all inclusive. The resort fee includes a lot, but not meals.
There are washers and dryers that are self serve
hello with pleasure you can park in the hotel's own parking lot
Im not sure of the cost. Didn't have any little ones to need day care. But, they do have a lot of kid activities.
No, not unless it's part of a package that includes meals like the all-inclusive to name one type of package.
Yes, but it's not hidden. It's for incidentals, or room charges. They refund it at the end of your stay, as long as nothing is destroyed or taken from the room.
I know there is a little pool area for them and I'm sure they have activities, call them 🌞its a GREAT resort, and by all things to do for families. 🏖🌊🐬🐚
I am unsure if their is renovations going on. Their was none to my knowledge as of last month
Sirata's favorite excuse: "Sorry, our network is down."
Anyone can use the bar area. I do believe you need wrist band for the pool. However, my son didn't wear his and never had an issue.
Conceirge can helpm
I would imagine so you have Publix grocery store right up the street
Think construction is done with. They have a new outside bar beautiful... This whole area is very busy that time of year with travelers visiting reletives and staying thru new years.

I went through Allegiant air and was able to find a bundle
Fridge and microwave no cooktop.
We were at the very end of the last building = really close to the construction. It was totally fine. We slept in everyday with no issues since the rooms are at the opposite side of the building. The only bummer was having to walk farther to Rum Runners and the limited direct beach access but seriously not bad at all. Sirata offered free drinks during happy hour which was one type of beer, I think 2 types of wine, and then a punch. There was still live music too. Also they gave us 2 free lawn chairs daily.
Yes Dusk till Dawn but they're also doing some construction over there on the North side by the beach
8am-10pm (Dusk to Dawn)
The hotel is good. The most important thing is that you are next to a gorgeous beach. Enjoy the sea breeze, the sun and the outside pools.
11 AM. Beware with the late checkout request. We asked for it two days in advance and it was never granted
Can't remember, but slip the beach attendant a 20 dollar bill ... tell him you need a couple lounges set up and ask him if he is working tomorrow. ....so he is thinking he is making 40 if he takes care you now.
Stop whining, just pay it, it's beautiful there. And it's not $50 unless you order pay per view. So don't!
They do place that charge for any incidentals like charging drinks to your room. It is refunded when you check out if you have not charged anything. I had no problem as I did not charge anything.
Yes there is a fee, but we didn't use them, so I'm not sure of the cost and/or if they can be reserved.
How come on google search engine it says you Are all-inclusive?
There were people on the beach with coolers, some with beer. Im not sure of the local open container laws, but no one was enforcing any. I imagine as long as you act responsible, you may drink alcohol on the beach area.
The parking is $8 at the resort, but we rented a car due to the need of a carseat. Enterprise was great and very reasonable.
Yes
No its not an all inclusive- still a nice place- beach was great! Loved having it so close 2 the resort;)
Not me. I have a couple of old people to care for ( they won't leave), the business and home. I am at my store making sure my employees are prepared. I personally am prepared. Water, staples, gas, and generator. And a pool to bath in and to flush toilet. Had 25 gallons but my neighbors brother in law had his stolen out of his garage today. He couldn't find cans or gas, so I gave him 10 gallons of mine. Friends are worried about the wind so I may have a house full. I am ready to ride the waves. Love you guys bunche
