There are signs on the beach itself saying that you can not drink but so long as your on the Sirata property you can. Just don't go past the fire pit with your drinks. Police do like to take random trips down the beach so be careful.
Although it is posted that there is no alcohol allowed on the beach, I saw plenty of people drinking. Regardless, there is a nice pool right next to the beach where you can get your drink on.
