Are the balcony views on the ocean front suites unobstructed?

Yes

Not sure. We had a view of the courtyard. If you bring friends in, it's $25.00 to park. Ridiculous. We will never stay there again. We had friends stay at the Dolphin Beach hotel down the street, it's cheaper and free to park and I believe no resort fee.

Happy to assist! Oceanfront rooms have a direct view of ocean. The rooms that say ocean view could have partial or obstructed views.
