Can you order from the beach drink cart even if you aren't staying at the resort? Edit: When we visited a few years ago there was a cart that drove around the beach and served drinks.

There isn't a cart anymore. Just the resort bars, which anyone can use. There was a sign up that said no outside alcohol or drinks on the beach. Meaning only resort cups were allowed, patrol was checking too!

The beach bars are open to the public whether you are staying there on site or not

Didn't ever see a drink cart .. you can walk up to the beach side bar and order of course
