Yes, as far as i know.
There technically is a sign that says something about no alcohol on the beach... but then they do have people who will run you out alcohol on the beach. I don't believe they enforce their own rules unless it loses them money.

I've done it for several years of going there and never had any problems. You can even take your drinks out in the water with you if you want to.
