Yes ,I did !! When I made reservation I was not told that they were under construction. Contractors were boring holes in the asphalt parking lot directly in front of my room on both sides of to complex ( what a terrible way to awaken every morning).drilling and jack hammers . My car was blocked in one morning .the hole trip was awful. On the bright side sirata beach was beautiful . I would like to experience it one day without the construction
Yes the managment there has nothing to do with how they conduct business. HEI does.
Was breakfast included if not are the food and drinks expensive?
