It is a beautiful place. They held the $50 for incidentals. They did not charge it at the end as I did not use any incidentals.
If your Groupon is specifically state just $14 service fee, then it is. Just show your Groupon certificate. Relax and breathe. Incidental fees just basically establishes a line of credit for typical items that the guest "might charge" to the room.
The $50 "charge" is just a hold for damage and other avoidable services. The Tradewinds next door is much nicer, but also more expensive. Sirata's bars are fun with good food.
I went with a group, i charged nothing to my room and had no additional charges to pay
It's not an actual charge. It is a hold for incidentals that is not seen/charged on the final bill unless used.
Best place around.... you will waste your money on anywhere else!
