All their staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The water park was fun but we got tired of it after the 2nd day. There is plenty to do close by so we visited the zoo (which was so much fun) and a few different museums close by as well. There are no elevators to get you up to the tall slides, so it is all stairs and if you are not used to air at 6000 ft you might get winded fairly easy. Room rates were pretty decent if you figure in the water park passes are included. There is also a small mini golf course, ropes course, mini bowling, arcade, climbing wall and magic quest game that my girls loved to do on-site. There is only one set of elevators to service the entire lodging area so at times we were waiting to go up to our room. We had noise issues in the bathroom coming from a vent. One night we had a lady's moaning coming in loud and clear through the vent. I was glad our kids were asleep or that would have been "fun" conversation the next day. Your room key and water park pass was wrist band that I was fine with but it bothered the other 4 members of my family. My kids loved it and already want to go back again.

The staff is amazing! Everyone was accommodating, friendly and they all went above and beyond! The water park is amazing and this is definitely a great place for families to go for a vacation. While it is a bit pricey, you do get what you pay for. The only reason I cannot give five stars is because the room was not very clean when we checked in (dirty/stained pillowcases and trash on the floor). Since they do advertise a certain standard of cleanliness, I expected better. It was also a bit frustrating that one of the three elevators was out of service during our stay. Waiting for the elevators took up a lot of valuable "play" time. But all in all, our family had a fantastic time!

Had a fun time! My daughter is 3 and everything is all kid friendly. Things to do at all ages. Go during the week and sign up for promos to get a good deal. I wouldn’t personally spend more than $200 a night. The hotel was nice and the staff was nice. Our room was cleaned to standards but they helped to quick the error. I would come again and have recommended people, when you get the deal.

This place is the great place for the family who specially has kids. I evaluated this place with 4 categories below: Accessibility 5/5: - All the food or dessert place is in the hotel. Also, there are many restaurants, grocery shopping stores located nearby the hotel, which will take you about 5minutes to get there. Facility 5/5: - The hotel has not only the great water park, but also there are many entertain stuff like a mini golf, an arcade room, bowling, etc. This place is the full of package. Service 5/5: - The staff was so friendly and well educated to explain what question guest/client has. Quality 4/5: - The room is spacious and well maintained. The only reason I gave 4 stars for this category is carpet's condition. Most of rooms are okay and clean, but sometimes is not, which is unfortunate. Room can be switchable unless the season is busy.

Was the wizard package worth the price and about how long does it take to play it ? Thank you everyone for the answers my son is 8yrs old with Autism I'm wondering do they allow the parents to go along during it ?
I can assure you that is not the case at Great Wolf Lodge!
Depending on the size of the room, 4-6 people can be included. More can fit, but there is an additional fee for them to use the water park. All other attractions are outside the water park and are not included (so everyone has to pay to play).
The water park is fun for adults. Just be aware that kids outnumber adults. Some rides require two people minimum. Other activities like mini golf and arcade are themed more for kids.
Water park is. Bowling and other activities are extra
The cost per night is dependent upon the type of room. I would contact the front desk and/or visit their website. Sorry I don't have a better answer.
The wiming pool closes..at 8:30 pm .. All of the other activities on the lodge will close at 11 pm .. I will call before you go ..
Not that I know of. I would mapquest it. I hope this helps.
Outside food was allowed when I was there last weekend. Many people had it at the chairs (snack type food). They asked a family to take their full lunch to the table area.
Some are, the slides i wouldnt recommend but there is a pool that is warm and has no chaos.
Outside of the big water slides and bars, not much. That being said, if you're worried about having stuff to do after dumping off the kids, you're probably not doing it right.
10 pm
No, but there are various restaurants of different prices and styles, as well as restaurants very close.
We got the themed room for $470 including all taxes and resort fees on thanksgiving which I think it is peak season, the water park is included with your stay and you can still enjoy it even after check out (check out at 11am but you can stay in the water park for the rest of the day) We had fridge and microwave in the room, they had an offer for the dinner buffet for $20 and kids eat free.
yes.
As soon as the water park opens, which i think is 8am. You can also stay till the water park closes on the day you checkout.
They do have larger suites. It maybe cheaper to book an adjacent rooms however.
Yes it is included in the rate.
Only hotel guests are allowed to use the water park it is included in the rate
Only hotel guests are allowed to use the water park, and You get your wrist bands at check in
yes just tell them you are watching
If you're wearing street clothes and don't have a bag, they'll let you walk past. I don't know if that's policy or privilege though.
There are SO many ways to save money going to great wolf! Discount pages, travel pages, Groupon, local resident pricing... Just have to look around. Also going during the week and avoiding school breaks helps with cost too. The price varies so much based on how many people (as the cheaper rooms have a 5 person occupancy) time of year, day of the week, TYPE of room (themed or ordinary) etc. So many options lol
There is no smoking allowed in the rooms. There is areas out front of the lodge where you can smoke.
Yes for dining. Sometimes really long lines
You are able to stay the next day till 8:00 am as well is what I was told by the manager You can check out and still visit the water park the next day till 8:00 p.m.
Do not I repeat stay in room 234 5th floor our balcony door did not lock I have 2 grandson's 2 & 3 who both push chair to gain access to what's in site BALCONY has patio furniture and "THE DOOR DID NOT LOCK" I had to bring patio furniture inside room and LITERALLY push the couch in front of balcony door not to mention constantly monitor very scary situation
No they will only let you in the water park if your staying there.
I took my wife here for our anniversary a couple years ago. We love the arcade.
Yes and if you run out you can msg them on the app and they'll deliver more
Day passes are suspended due to Covid.
Nope...all of the slides are open and operating! The only things I noticed were closed were the treehouse (by the mini golf) and the bear near the entrance of the lodge.
Yes very much so 95% of activities are accessible for handicapped people. Its a great experience for all
I did not see anything about footwear, I saw open and closed shoeing and no shoes as people were going to the waterpark
Yes
Sorry no it does not.
Idk about prices but you have to stay overnight to use the waterpark.
You can reserve gazebos, but not the pool area.
Yes, you can wear shorts or t-shirts as you wish.
No just Colorado Springs
Alberta Falls, Howlin Tonando, Mountain Edge Raceway, Whooping Hollow, Totem Towers, Wolf Tail
Pizza, Ice Cream, Coffee, Buffet
I think you can ,but they provide all the safety equipment
Great Wolf does salute our heroes! Special discount for military, EMS, police and firefighters to say thank you for your service and dedication.
I believe it's $75 for all day
We stayed for 2 nights. We didnt get sick.
I read cabanas start at 249.99
There maybe an online resource, to apply for Great Wolf Lodge.
Yes there is
I don't think so. I think it is great because you keep trashy people out. You get 4 passes per room.
No you have to pay for a room in order to go to their water park.
Yes they want you to take and share photos 😊
I just read somewhere that they are offerimg day passes for the first time.
As everyone has mentioned, it is for hotel guests only but wanted to make a correction. You have access to the park until 1pm of the day you check out, not 8:30pm.
No ma'am. It is geared toward the younger members of the family. They allow us adults in to play because somebody has to drive to get the kids there, and oh yeah, somebody has to pay the bill too! 😂
There are several fast food restaurants near by so you don't have to eat at the hotel
Yes
You can enjoy the various activities at the Adventure Park including the ropes course, MagiQuest, arcade, mini golf, rock climbing wall, etc, but if you want to enjoy the water park, you need to get a room for at least one night.
Yes, parking is free unless you use the valet parking which has fees associated.
It also includes a variety of daily activities for the kids, but it's mainly the water park and room.
They only allow those who stay in their facilities to get passes to the waterpark. No individual day passes are sold.
No lazy river. There is a wave action that starts with a wolf howl and last about 5 minutes. Our five and six year old grandchildren love this. Just a word of caution if they are not good swimmers this could be dangerous.
Yes. They have different sizes for kids based on weight group.
No, unfortunately water toys and inflatables are not permitted.
You don't have to go outdoors to get to the Waterpark. I'm not aware of any parts of the Waterpark that are outside. There is a lazy river.
It depends on which room you get but they are plenty big for kids
Many, and different styles, l in keeping themed, or with a view.
Not sure, but I do not remember seeing that as an option when checking room prices. I remember theme rooms, rooms with a view and layout, but no fireplaces.
Yes there are, just make sure you return them so they dont charge you for a towel!
No spa for adults. If you want to be around a lot of kids. This is a great place.
If you are staying at the hotel, the water park is included and they have chairs to watch the kids play. If you are a visitor to the hotel guest, I am not sure of the rules, but they seemed very accommodating.
They supply them and you can bring your own
The buffet doesn't include drinks. Not many choices. Wouldn't recommend. They have a bar next to it that serves food. They were very rude wanted to close by 9. Turned 4 family s away. Asked for me on my steak. Got raw. I didn't eat my food. The next 3 days we were there. We ate out. A lot of places close.
No you can not
I brought my 4 grandkids. Got a 1 bedroom suite. Nice. Water park is included plus there's other free events also. I didn't buy extra passes. Cheaper to do wall climb, min. Golf , wand all bought individual. Stayed 4 days. 199 per night. Cheaper longer you stay. Good times.😊
Its only for guests, who stay in resort/hotel. Water park access comes free with hotel stay.
The weight limit is different for each ride. The highest I have seen is 300 lbs.
Most attractions open at 8 . The water park opens at 10. Same at night, I believe most attractions wind down at around 8-8:30. The quests are open till 10 . Was there on the week days, weekends might ve different.
Yes it cost $50 more for a person
They have been opening up new parks every year, so you can check on their website to see when they do. So far the closest to there is the one in Georgia.
No not Colorado springs. Bit I hear the one they are building by D.I.A. might have one. Its going to be bigger!
Kansas City isn't too bad, its more expensive there then Colorado. Haven't been to the Grapevine, but have a lot of reviews on bed bugs being at that location.
