When can I go in and swim on the day I check in?

Do not I repeat stay in room 234 5th floor our balcony door did not lock I have 2 grandson's 2 & 3 who both push chair to gain access to what's in site BALCONY has patio furniture and "THE DOOR DID NOT LOCK" I had to bring patio furniture inside room and LITERALLY push the couch in front of balcony door not to mention constantly monitor very scary situation

As soon as yer settled in.

You can swim as soon as you check in, as long as the water park is open. The water park opens at 9am. 😁

When they open. 10a.m

We were able to go in and use the water park as early as 1pm on the day of check in.
