Best at Criminal Californian policy. Tried to raise rent by double after first year lease to over $3000. Management excelled at hiding behind teenage staff. Excellent at giving less than 24 hour notice for check-ups on apartment, and loud while knowing I work from home. Great at lying about square footage of apartment by including inaccessible storage. Willing to charge you any possible fee that can think of, as well as unforgiving late fees. Birds living in walls friendly. Multiple shooting incidents and a Pyro that lives nearby. Great for families who love to spend alot of money for mediocrity.
