The management is horrible especially Erica not sure why they keep her on that place she doesn’t know how to threat people she is mean unprofessional rude and not kind. I have been in the apartment when the management is good they work with resident but this people they just treating you like you leave for free I think it’s because subsidies housing they trying to take advantage of that and treat people so rudely Over all I won’t recommend anyone here the place is not good for parking if you have a guest forget it it’s not possible the building and the tow company work together the manager might get commission when the tow company to take your car no mercy. That is why they love to two the car I wish they switch to different management I am wondering who is on top of Erica, she has no manner how you can complain about her ?

These are nice subsidized apartments that are well maintained and modern. They include four large buildings that can feel like you're living in a hotel. Having to recertify every year to qualify to live here is a bummer. However, overall it's a nice place to live, at a better price than other complexs.

I just bought a new car and I called the office to get a sticker permit which I was told I would be contacted back and that never happened. Due to the incompetence of Las Ventana staff, my car was towed even though it was in my parking spot. The security reported my car. The manager Erica took no responsibility and no humility towards the problem. She was constantly giving me attitude which was unwarranted since the towing of my car was their fault. The customer service here is horrendous they do not care about their customers. There is now a huge gash in my car due to their neglect.

This is an awful place to live. The residence are nice. But the office staff lowball of professionalism is terrible. They will hold your packages for one week and then claim to send them back to the sender. But the sender doesn't receive. They told my daughter they can't check to see if there are packages. They kept me on hold over 20th before they would check. When talking to them they talk over you and at you instead of with you. I've lived here 12 years with at least 5 different manager teams. This team is the only team that made me feel like I don't belong here. When I mentioned that all of the other apartment complex inform tenants of packages, many bring the package to you. They said I could move. I now plan on it. If you can avoid living here, maybe you should.
