Very rude staff members. Refused to reschedule my jury duty at the date I requested even though I haven’t had a problem with it in the past. I have a trip coming up out of state and my last jury date I was never notified of it so now that I’m trying to fix it I have a staff member giving me unnecessary attitude because they are on a power trip. It’s honestly ridiculous I have worked customer service and I’d never treat anyone like that

Beautiful, historical building! The service we received was excellent. From the security check in to the employees at the counter, everyone was friendly, professional and helpful.

The phone system is wretched. I was on hold for two hours waiting for the clerk. I have a past due ticket which can affect my ability to earn a living. Absolutely dispickable phone or lack there of service.

i can't really speak much about what goes on in or around this building. i can only speak on having some beautiful architecture like this tucked away in riverside. i've never really driven through here and i was so happy to have done so today. it's worth it to stop by here for a few minutes and take a look around.

Go to the clerk and ask them you want the info on the case and they will tell u
Depends on what it is, sometimes you have to fill out a form. You can also ask the judge and tell him it's because your trying to get your life together and it preventing you from getting a job and advancing in life because it shows up in your backround.
It is available in.fillable format online, so why not, but only the court can decide. So do it, but remember they may ask to fill out out their own.
Nope!! Not at all, Veronica! You know what they say better Late than never. If it's for a criminal case, you need to go court across the breezeway, where they handle traffic tickets.
I need the list for professional supervised visitation monitoring. Does anyone know where I can get the list on this site. Thank you.
Probably in front of the court house. You will have to pay. I think it's 2 dollars to an hour and a half. Or at city hall where the first hour is for free. It's right next to the court house. Weekends it's free parking. Hope this helps.
Either ask your lawyer or go to the county clerk's office they should be able to help you out with that ....
Yes
I'm not sure you would have to go on line for that information..
Yup..go down there and they give you paper to fill out..walk right in

Try family court first
Civil department. Historic Court house. It's a complicated process requiring several steps. The law library probably has something that tells you what to do.
No. Unless you are making a motion.
u
Civil. It's in the historic Court house. Chance of getting it approved close to 0%

Normally the court opens around 8:00 am. The actual court rooms open around 8:30am. Some court rooms don't start until around 9:00 am. The admistrative office is usually open during lunch too. Court rooms are normally closed from 12:00pm to 1:30pm. The court house normally closes at 4:30pm
Civil historic court house in Riverside. You can look up "where do I file" on court website. You will have to go through several steps first before an order is issued.

You can search on courts website by case number or name
You can get a lot of information by doing a case search on the courts website. Not sure if it has your due date but it might.
You can send a letter notifying the court of your address change. You can search for change of address form within local forms on courts website.
You can get a rap sheet from criminal Dept. Background checks are provided by private companies and detectives.
If you just want to pay it, it's easier going to the website at www.riverside.courts.ca.gov. If you need anything else, the address Alana gave you is correct.
I don't think you can.
In Riverside, it would be the Family Law Courthouse at 4175 Main Street.
You'll need to check with the clerk's @ the window, or look on the computer's provided by the court.
DUI
I'm not sure what you are filing for, but my suggestion would be to visit the Court's Self-Help Center at 3535 10th Street. It's right by the Courthouse. There are good resources, information, and forms packets available there.
Not sure if there is one. Also within depts they may have one
Your case number, if you have it. Depending on the type of case, you could access the court's computer terminals to search for your case, by the name that the case was filed in.
Check with the clerks office
Because the rules if the game are not the same for all cases. DA's do have to make judgement calls, and manage case narrative. Not as easy as it seems for the outside.
What is the phone number to the clerk's office in Riverside
Show up at the court you were supposed to have appeared, talk to the people there. They will figure out a solution

You have to go in person is best option
I am not sure. You will have to call the mainline and inquire
