Unfortunately, your case is going to be dismissed for failure to file the remaining docs. You could have filed a motion to extend the deadline, but that would need to have been done prior to the initial deadline lapsing. You can always refile a new case.

You go to the Bankruptcy Court (in Riverside it's 3420 12th St), contact the clerk and they will provide you that information..it's public information.

Yes an online course, there is two you MUST take, the second is after filing which you will need your case number to complete the second course. And they both have fees, but can be waived for income status.
