The women at the front desk are awesome especially Melinda. Melinda is just absolutely amazing with her professionalism and helpfulness with my claim. I really appreciate her help the times when I went to this facility for answers to my panicked questions about my claim. Melinda is a fantastic individual working with a impossible system, my hats off to her for going above and beyond!

Haven’t got payed since March we are going into august this is ridiculous! Can’t get a hold of anyone but how good they take from our checks no problem when there is work. This system is not organized and needs to step it up and help the tax payers just how we keep there office a/c and building running.

Ana/Anna deserves a BIG PAY INCREASE!! She literally saved my entire claim! Everyone I spoke with before her couldn’t give me all the answers & even brought up more issues they couldn’t explain or didn’t exist. Anna clarified EVERYTHING & took care of every issue we had questions about. The EDD reps we spoke to could learn a lot from her! I hope everyone dealing with EDD has a chance to speak to someone like her. She was so incredibly helpful & reassuring, I could never thank her enough!

This system is so jacked up the staff there was very nice they are doing a great job. But the fact that no one can assist with your actual claim is ridiculous I appreciate the people working at that location, just wish there was a better way to help the people that need it.

But can they access my file and fix whatever I screwed up
I have not been successful in getting in touch with someone live only answering machines. How can I get in touch with someone from EDD . Help please
You can do it on their website. You don't have to go into the building.
Everyone at the Workforce EDD Riverside is very helpful, and professional.
EDD is closed tomorrow.
If you are struggling online then visit Riverside Workforce Development Center at 1325 Spruce street. Suit 110, Riverside, 92507 and ask for assistance.
I want you to go to the front desk there at EDD and ask them...here at Google we do not work for EDD nor The State of Calif...ok...you must direct all questions like this to those that work there @ EDD...ok???
EDD...contact PERSON INSIDE please
Yes until 5
Sorry no they can't verify your ID but someone is there to answer your questions
There are no walk-in UI offices for face to face help. The phone lines were closed for 2 weeks due to fraud investigation. May I suggest calling 833-978-2511, push 1 for English then # OR 0 (zero) to connect with a live representative. I HIGHLY suggest calling after 4 pm.
Ya thats great till you nake a mistake filling out your certs. Cause your daughter who normally helps you had to go to texas to see some boy then not only dose that payment get held up so long as its pending no other payments will go through till you get ahold of someone and explain it and have them refer your case for review so sometime in the next 3 weeks it will get reviewed meanwhile guess what no payments till it gets reviewed so it took 2 weeks to reach someone I haven't uad a payment in 4 weeks in 3 weeks I will be robbing people could be you to feed my kids. Just remember your call is important to us but unfortunately we are still gonna hang up in your face.
Visit the EDD Riverside Workforce Development center
There are no walk in offices for EDD Unemployment Insurance Benefits so they wont schedule you a face to face appointment. They will refer you to use the phones in the office designated to contact EDD UI.
THEY WILL BE GLAD TO HELP YOU MAKE UP A RESUME AT EDD...THEY ARE SPECIALISTS THERE FOR THAT PURPOSE...OR DIRECT YOU ON GOOGLE "HOW TO WRITE A RESUME"
Please see the EDD website to help you determine if you are eligible: https://edd.ca.gov/Unemployment/Eligibility.htm From there, you can proceed to File A Claim on the website if you feel you are eligible.
The America's Job Centers of California/EDD offices have Computer Resource Areas available for you to utilize the computers. The fastest and easiest way to file a Paid Family Leave (PFL) claim is online, using SDI Online. - https://edd.ca.gov/Disability/SDI_Online.htm. This can be done from our centers or at home on your computer, laptop or smart phone. Here is the PFL information page - https://edd.ca.gov/Disability/How_to_File_a_PFL_Claim_in_SDI_Online.htm Thank you.
My advise is to call your worker.
Who is talking to me
Can I apply for unemployment on line?
Go to the edd on spruce and apply on their computers, help is always available there
Sorry to hear that I'm in the same boat with you. I went to the EDD office for help but it was useless there to. A vaccine was invented in less than a year but the EDD can't fix its system. It just goes to show how incompetent EDD leadership is.
Thts a coo question. But doing so will cause you financial problems. I say apply with dpss for support with tht . You have a better chance im sure by 75%... besides its short term and reliability is wht u seek. Hope all works out for u.
Yes the EDD office is open. EDD phone is open from 8 to 12pm I suggest you he there 1 hour before they open if u want to he first in like. The actual line. Doors are open at that time. But the EDD door opens at 8. Every other service you can be there by 8
No they aren't opened yet, tht i kno of. But you can chkout edd info on YouTube.
Just file a claim and it will guide you to the ID site
The question on Ed benefits is that some people are getting them and some people do not it all varies on a disposition of your claim
What did you need help with?
There is no one who can give you information, only a security and the numbers they have are the same on their website🙏🙏
No there closed and I need help with my disability
Yes @gio. They all speak English. Just don't speak to orientals, they r hard to understand. LoL
Hi Julio, I just recently went through the whole EDD rigamour and calling hold for hours to no end, finally realized what they were saying just to go online and do it at the UI online, that would be my best suggestion rather than calling cuz I tried it, it didn't work.
An article says IN MOST STATES you can. Not sure if they will deduct or not!
Good luck. Try registering with a new email address instead
Reset your password.. when queued to put in your password there's a link underneath the bar where you need to enter the password
Man you ain't never lied they can't help you there player you gonna have to keep doing the online thing like I did it took awhile but I finally got through trust I feel your frustration
How does a spouse of someone who is owed backpay by eed get it if the spouse does before they receive any payment?
You can get that answer at www.edd.ca.gov
Just call them.
I am not a UI rep, but I do know that there are no Unemployment insurance benefits extension aside from the CTB California Training Benefits through UI. Call or go online for additional information.
You need to visit the local disability office at 371 W. 3rd st. San Bernardino, 92401
I'm sure they should be able to provide you with a copy of your history or you can login online to your account and print yourself.
Yes, you can pick up forms at the Riveraide office or apply online.
Yes
Edd.ca.gov
Just apply. UI benefits will not tell you yes or no until you apply. Easiest was is to apply online. https://edd.ca.gov/Benefit_Programs_Online.htm
Don't quote me, but I think you have to do that in person.
It's a long process to recover your Cal Jobs password. You can try to do forgot password, and they should email you in 48 hours. If you do not receive an email I would recommend you walk-in to the office and request assistance
Call them to let them know or go to their office and talk to them.
No open Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
No. This is for looking for employment only.
Yes. I believe so.
Yes, you can. They have computers onsite so you can apply online and they can help you if you need anything.
I dont think they do extensions, but you will have to contact unemployment for a sure answer. This office is Workforce Development (Career and Resource area) , they only aid you in contacting unemployment.
Go to 1325 Spruce street and pick up the disability forms and send them in.
If you are not in school I dont believe you can get an extension, but you should call unemployment to verify.
There's two ways you can file. On the phone or on the computer. You just need to know your information as far as how long you worked, how much you were getting paid, name of employers in the last 18 months etc. Bring your I.D and Social Security card. Sign in at the front desk and they will help you from there.
No it should be open everyday expect weekend
go to center
You must go to the EDD go inside and get back has been taken away...did you file...you must file every week to get money...make sure you list all the places you put your applications in at...
Please...Please dont ask me or the others...ok...I say yes...but legally...you must go there and be sure...ok ??? Good Luck...again...I WILL SAY YES...BUT JOBS ARE PLENTIFUL OUT THERE...YOU MUST BE LOOKING FOR A JOB 1st ANYWAY...I HAVE BEEN THROUGH THIS !!! Out toward Madison and Lincoln a company called CARPENTER is HIRING NOW...ALL SHIFTS...GO SEE AND APPLY !!! I saw it the other day...
THEN YOU WILL NOT GET A CORRECT ANSWER...GROUCHY
He doesn't speak Spanish
