Another call October 12th 2021, again great service, true professional and very nice manner, thank you. I'd call three occasions, in every instance they treated me with great attitude, were professional and took time to solve my issues, congratulations, on this one our taxes aren't wasted.

I called them at 4:55 and was sure they would close and leave me unattended to then call them back in the morning. I was very happy to find myself talking to a lady (I didn't get her name) a few minutes after 5pm and got all of my questions answered. Thank you for the helpful wonderful customer service.

our place of voting was a joke, i think all the wise people working went home, people were on their cell phones while voting people brought their kids with them and had them also in the voting booth where they were talking so loud on what to vote for and it was so distracting.. the younger ladies working did noting. i even had to call the office for my location since i didn't get anything in the mail. bad planning rules were not in forced.

They were very friendly and made sure my registration was complete

You need to call the Department of Voter Registration/Registrar of Voters so you can get an update or make a necessary change as soon as possible. The number can be found online. Just explain your situation. Let them know you still live in the county but are temporarily away and would like to vote by mail. https://www.voteinfo.net/
They just started going out last week. They are sent in batches of thousands at a time. If you don't receive it by the end of this week, call the main number to have a phone rep look it up for you and issue a replacement if needed.
You should be receiving your VBM's now.
They are going out this week
No. The items you vote for will be the ones counted. Just be mindful of the options on each contest (I.e 'vote for one' ' vote for two') say voting for 3 would invalidate that vote for that contest.
You can call the main number at 951 486-7200 or go to vote info. Net
yes you can
2 first class stamps
you could contact the registrar of voters and they will give you more information
