The grass for your dogs is horrible. You pay an extra $18 a month for the grounds maintenance. There is mold in the grass because it is never cut short enough and when it rains all summer it will barely get cut. Make sure you clean your pets paws after being in the grass or they may get a bacterial or fungal infection on their paws. There is constantly dog waste in the grass area that tenants do not clean up so if you have to walk in it don’t wear good shoes. Also make sure your pet is updated on vaccinations cause chances are they will get sick from the grass areas
