Unlike the first time I used Battery Plus Bulbs, this time I had a little trouble getting my the battery replaced for my phone. I made an online appointment and was informed after I went to my appointment that the store did not have a battery for my phone. They did call me a few days later to tell me that they now had the battery. The work was performed in less than an hour. I should note that I did have an issue with the technician asking for my passcode. The explanation given was that he needed the code to perform a functional check after replacing the battery. This seems like an unsafe practice. In addition, I noticed that the phone showed a gap at the seam, making me wonder if the seal was replaced correctly. I was able to press the case into a tight seal.

These people are really nice, extremely knowledgeable, and very helpful. Lots of parking in the back of the building. Take the driveway just past their business.

Knowledgeable staff and no high sales pressure. Got my car battery replaced and they installed it.

Great customer service. Terrific inventory of offerings in one place. Didn't require but relish the fact that Batteries Plus Bulbs offers to repair/fix products. Also great to know that the company safely disposes of our used batteries. Smart. Environmentally aware and conscious. Finally, outstanding support during the COVID pandemic. Curbside pickup. Sales associate ran inside to pick up a couple other products and brought them curbside so I could view. Superior customer support! How can it get any better than that?!

Yes. They accept 1 sandwich bag of batteries per month and a few lightbulbs (per household)
18650s yes but I'm not sure what you mean by battery sheild
They have a table across the front door, you aren't allowed in. The credit card machine is right there for swiping. Basically know what you want, no browsing. At least that was a few weeks ago while we were in Purple Tier. We are now at Orange so they may have limited entry. They do seem very conscientious.
Yes I have a huge selection of cell phone at least the one in Stevens Creek does. They also have their main store in sf
Take the fluorescent tubes to Home Depot they typically have a recycle bin as you walk in the door and just put your fluorescent tubes in the recycle bin, it's a free service.
