I went there with an allergy reaction at 5:15 , I was refused service because everyone wants to go home on time at 6:00 . I was told to visit another Sanitas when they see I can’t barely speak due to my tongue being swollen from the reaction. The clinic was empty I was the only patient. Everyone chilling relaxing in front of their computer waiting for the time to get off . The office manager gave me the run around and said it depends the time of the day they take walkins, when Sanitas advertise online that they take walk-in and they WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU!!!! Poor service in that location !!

I waited for three weeks for a referral to be called in and called twice a week at minimum to check up on the status. After the end of the third week I made an appointment with a new doctor and had my referral sent out that day. Then another week and a half later, 4.5 weeks total I get a call from Sanitas asking about which doctor to send the referral to. It is my experience that sanitas does not care about caring for people.

IT WORSE PLACE TO GO. THE DOCTORS CHANGED ALL THE TIME. THERE IS NO FOLLOW UP. I CHANGED MY PRIMARY DOC . AND THEY DON'T WANT TO GIVE ME MY BLOOD WORK RESULTS. I DON'T WANT TO GO SANITAS ANYMORE.

Poor service from Sanitas and Florida Blue insurance. Long lead times to get urgent doctors appointment. Hassle to get approvals for specialists that should be automatic. Poor customer service, Had to call four times just to secure an appointment.
