Run away from this place!!! , expect for the rent to rise every year when signing a new lease ( tremendously ) I took care of my father for five years in this place where he passed away at. Maintenance never comes when called. Rent office tells a bunch of lies to residents. All the apartments their have Mold in which they never fixed And to top it off when moving out of this place after the passing of my father his deposit was taking because of things that they did not come and fix that they blame us for. These places are very old and needs repairs and upgrades,DO NOT leave your CAR doors UNLOCKED because at night people break in your cars. we lived here for five years and paid rent on time faithfully,never gave any trouble and these people treated us unfairly after The passing of our father. Run away from this place I tell you they are full of bs !!!!!

For this to be a Senior community, there is no parking for residents who are fall risks. There is handicap parking at the office and the laundry. I have a client that I have been taking care of for three years. There is one space in front of her door that I have always used, because she struggles to walk. Now, there is a young lady with no handicap whatsoever that keeps rushing to that spot. If my client falls trying to walk down an incline, who will be at fault? Will Boynton Bay pay her hospital bills? I need to know as I am parked on the road again today, and she has to come down that incline.
