I have lived here for 5 months. My fridge has broken and leaked water 5 times already, I was told I would get a replacement fridge. Nobody will contact me to replace the fridge despite being in the office multiple times and writing an email to the maintenance manager. My A/C has also broken twice, and my dryer is on its last legs as well as one small load of laundry needs to be run about 3 times in the dryer. I wouldn’t recommend moving here especially after the $1000 price hike… good luck.

I would not recommend moving here. My biggest issues were parking, loud neighbors, poor management, and, like many other reviews stated, the trash situation. My girlfriend and I lived here for about 8 months before breaking our lease. Thankfully we left before they were able to raise our rent. I work late, and I’d never be able to find parking after work. I’d either have to take my chances parking against a curb or park across the complex, having to walk 5-10 minutes to get to my apartment. My girlfriends car was almost totaled parked against a curb, causing thousands of $ in damage (hit and run). Management is a mess. Everyone gave us a different answer, and reaching them on the phone is close to impossible. Some staff is nice, but others are very rude and become argumentative or defensive. Our neighbors were as loud as can be, and had multiple dogs that they’d leave alone all day causing them to bark nonstop. The trash situation is disgusting. It’s almost like people would throw their garbage as hard as the could against the dumpster causing it to explode all over the place. Raccoons and rats everywhere. Not worth it.

In Recent time the Standard of Communication and services has being so Cave and and disrespectful to the. Ends and concern of the resident where I am suggesting the County Community standard Branch and the here and human ServiceMaster need to look at the inequity of services render the respond time the outdated equipment left in se apartments which has being over a period ignore whilst some is being upgraded just recently they have raised rent 400 percent and when matters are brought to attention of these ignorant bias personnel they either hang up the phone when you called or when you go in person the attitude is so sink they should not be the face of this then hidden treasure Ihave name it at my first experienced with great staff then The hear y need to step up on their game in offered the same standard and equal service right across the Spectrum else I won't rest until all these biases is exposed and fair housing Depart investigates enough is enough disrespecting Clients who paid on time without any issues hope the .apartments is reading this post and do an Audit on all the apartments to and give your staff some sensitivity training in recent time the replace the of staff was a bad choice .
