I have been living here for 5 months and it is a nightmare. The apartment is contaminated with roaches. The first two months of living here we were waking up to 10-12 roaches every day. There were roaches in the kitchen, bedroom, living room, bathroom and in the OBLIGATORY valet trash service trash can. The valet trash service is a joke, mandatory $30 per month for someone to take one trash bag and ignore the rest. I put a broken broom in the trash can two months ago and nobody even touched it. Very sloppy job. They clearly painted over our apartment’s mold as it started to show two weeks after we moved in. The lady’s at the office are excellent sales women but fail to properly take care of their residents. The hallways are decorated for Halloween all year long, with spiderwebs and leaves everywhere. All of those hidden fees and still we don’t get to live in a clean space.There is so much more I could say but in conclusion I can’t wait to get out of here.

You can’t park on your own house because you will get a boot or tow. You can’t have guest either because they have to pay 10$ to park in a community
