I moved to Via Lugano approximately 3 years ago and have experienced several of the office staff members, and by far the office staff members Carrie, Amber, Geraldine, and Freddie in maintenance are the most prompt, caring, and on top of things rental property staff that I have ever experienced. They really care about their renters. I would recommend Via Lugano to anyone. 5STAR STAFF!!!!

You haven’t done anything since you came aboard and haven’t returned a single email that has been sent to you and when I came in to see you to resign you grabbed a sticky note and wrote your email down and told us that if we needed anything to email you. Where do I even begin? In the 11 months we have been here we have been through 3 different management teams. The gated community gates have been broken since the 2nd week we moved in over 11 months ago. The pool is still closed from the 17th repair in the past 11 months. The community is littered with trash that does not get cleaned up. The valet trash company skips your trash 2 to 3 times a week and the new community management doesn’t do a thing except tells you to call Valet Living. The apartments are outdated with no ceiling fans or outlets. No pantry. No microwave. 30 year old appliances. Mismatched floor colors. Old A/C that is so erratic you have freezing rooms and hot rooms. I’ve had to replace broken items in the apartment on my own because they believe in rigging and painting 30 year old problems rather than replacing.
