Let me start by saying after 3 years of living at the Gateway Club & Apartments in Boynton Beach, FL, I am very sad to say I am moving out, for personal family reasons I must relocate. If I could take GWCA with me I would, especially the staff. I moved into 2 bedrooms at GATEWAY CLUB APARTMENTS IN JANUARY 2020, in November 2020 I was upgraded to a 3 bedroom. From day one I have been highly impressed with the staff at the Gateway Club Apartment, Misty, Carrie, Beth, Bianca & those who have left the leasing office since Jan 2020 have been amazing in addressing any concerns, questions & issues I may have and, also making my upgrade and move to a 3-bed effortless, smooth and stress-free. The staff at the leasing office always returns emails and phone calls lightning fast and are very understanding and helpful with anything you need. I’m going to cut this short because I can go on for hours about how AMAZING THEY ARE. NOW! Let me get to my ALL-STAR MATIANCE TEAM! For your convenience Gateway Club has an app you can pay rent and contact maintenance, etc. on 27/7, 365 days with any issues you may have. When I contact maintenance via the app anytime or after hours or by telephone during business hours, 365 days, 24/7 they come to my apartment to resolve any issues lighting fast. I want to give a BIG SHOUT OUT! To Jerry maintenance manager, Claude HVAC specialist, etc., and most importantly MY NEW BEST FRIEND George the MAN! & Anyone I forgot, A++++ excellent service. Gateway Club Apartment was built in 1999 and renovated beautifully over the years, the reality is nothing is perfect, and things sometimes break, fall apart, and need to be replaced. GWCA, the maintenance team has always resolved problems fast, either by fixing or replacing things, even in emergency situations on the weekend, during holidays, and even during the peak of the 2020 pandemic. I moved into GWCA, during a rough divorce w/ two kids terrified of living alone after 12 years and they have made my experience the absolute BEST! Everyone has gone above and beyond what I could have ever expected. HUGE THANK YOU! From me and my Kids to Every single staff member at the GWCA. I will miss you all so dearly, but don’t be surprised if I Poppin for a visit from time to time. THANK YOU!!!!!! Kamilla Reis

This 5 star review is for the best maintenance man George. The apartments itself are overpriced and outdated compared to the competition (3 stars at best) but George is the silver lining. Friendly, helpful, and efficient.

UNAFORADABLE Gateway Club THE APARTMENTS FOR RENT ARE RIDICULOUS, ABSURD, UNAFFORDABLE NONSENSE...… GONNA STAY EMPTY. OWNERS ARE JUMPING OUT LIKE LOCUST. RATE HAS SOMETHING TO SAY.

Just went to the pool to enjoy and hour or two of of the sun and relax. We get there and there are no chairs left to sit. I don't know why on a holiday weekend they didn't put out more chairs for more residents to sit and enjoy what their rent includes. Maybe they should have some one on-site to help as well
