Retired in 2020 and purchased a home here. My mortgage is half what I was paying for lot rent elsewhere. I was worried about being retired but have found an active & friendly environment. A safe place to walk your pets. Are there rules, yes, obnoxious no. It is 55 and older. But of course your grandkids can visit. But they can’t live here..

Community has too many issues. They complain about parking, get-togethers, if you step 1 foot over the next property, what you have under your car port, etc. A bunch of unhappy, envious, people living there. Would never live or recommend to live there.

Tropical Breeze Estates is a resident owned manufactured home community. Each resident owns their own lot so there is no lot rent. Following are asking prices for properties for sale this month (April 2019): vacant lots currently for sale start at just under $40,000 and run as much as $70,000 depending on lot size and/or location. Currently there are homes for sale from the high 60's to the mid 200's. The city of Boynton Beach supplies water and sewer for which owners are billed by directly by the city. Owners also pay P.B.Co, real estate taxes and an HOA fee of under $400 per quarter. Cable and internet services are billed directly to the resident by the provider they choose.

I don't know the lot prices. I had a friend who purchased home and lot for 90,000. She did business with Julie LaCompte. It was an exceptionally bad experience. Hope this helps.
Very few homes have garages. Mostly carports. Yes, an indoor cat is permitted.
