For the last month, I have been trying to schedule a tour and every time I call there is always an excuse as to why a tour cannot be done. I called today and the lady said they are not giving tours because the elevators are down. I am thinking to myself we clearly can take the stairs this community is not a 17-story building. I love the aesthetics of the community after looking at pictures, but based on the tone of the leasing representative I spoke with and the amount of excuses I have gotten, I will not recommend anyone I know to even view this property.

This is a beautiful community very friendly, its a very big community the only interruption is the front gate is never fixed and anyone can drive through all day and all night. Besides that Raul Garcia which is part of management is very helpful, and punctual with us the residence here special needs from the smallest to the largest he makes sure you end the call with a ear to ear smile.

UPDATED 8/31/2022: I moved out 6/14/22 and it is now 8/31/22- my security deposit has not yet been reimbursed. I would like to put this to bed but $400 is not chump change. I will change my rating if and when I see my check!! --------------------------------- PRIOR POST: The worst part of living here is leaving here and not getting a response regarding ur security deposit. They dont answer calls and have yet to respond to my emails. They refused to inspect the apt when i was leaving saying they are busy and now they are MIA. I waited long enough before posting but BEWARE many are not getting any feedback and security deposits are not being paid by the owner: Terra Funding Sealofts LLC - which owned by the Shidler Group! And the property is being manage by the Morgan Group. Other issues: - gates dont work - multiple elevators are consistently down for weeks not days - parking is first come first serve so goodluck after 7pm finding a spot. - steam room has never worked - pool is always packed with guests - same with the basketball court - walls are paper thin ...i was able to hear my neighbor snore, shower, flush his toilet n ya know other adult business - hallways are dirty with spider webs. U pay for pest control but they dont actually have steady contracts. Cleaning is not consistent- same with dog poop. - and the lack of communication n care from leasing/management just sucks. James who took over after The 1st manager left was-- at least decent enough to try and return calls. Though he didnt have much pull cuz i believe funding was an issue.

Liars! They refuse to offer everyone the same prices. I don't like discrimination. I was referred by someone who signed a lease same week I viewed the property and they flat out told me there were no such rates.
