My daughters moved out on May 27. They both work 2 jobs and go to school. They have been getting the run around since and have not received their security deposit back yet. Excuse is a new system etc. They are also adding false charges to keep additional money. Florida law is security deposits must be given back within 15-60 days after vacating. Going on day 2 with no return call from manager. I have contacted our family attorney. They didn’t wait 3 months for the deposit when they moved in! As of times and rent isn’t enough, they are making interest off money that does not belong to them!

I want to start by saying this place is not racist. (I’m a black 24yo female) majority of the office staff is Hispanic or black. I’m giving Santorini 4 stars because it truly is a nice place to live. It’s quiet and I feel safe here. A lack of communication from the leasing team unfortunately dropped their rating to four stars. I was given the wrong parking spot upon moving in and they are unable to relocate me. My next door neighbors get extremely drunk and fight which has caused the cops to come out a few times. Otherwise the apartment is nice. They keep the building clean and well kept. As long as the rent doesn’t increase drastically I plan to renew my lease. Cons: (resident based issues) -people do not pick up after their pets even though Santorini offers multiple pet stations. -people throw trash in the breezeways even though there’s plenty of onsite trash cans. -people smoke weed inside causing the hall and elevator to smell. Santorini makes every attempt to stay on top of it though. Edit: My parking situation has been resolved and I e renewed my lease for a second year.

Phenomenal place with a wonderful, helpful and caring staff. Maintenance does a great job. Affordable as well. The one bedrooms with inflation should be $3,800 soon, this place is very luxury
