Do not sign a lease at this complex. BEWARE. Tatiana the property manager and her staff are useless. They will send emails about issues after the fact and do not fix anything. $2,300/month for subpar services and staff. You can pay the same and live closer to the city without the headaches. $2,300 gets you nothing and no convenience. Things are constantly stolen and vandalized. This complex is highly overpriced for what you get. I requested things be fixed before I move in, and of course, nothing was fixed. Not ONE SINGLE THING. Never again and I will be moving out when the lease expires.

Terrible customer service. My husband and I drove an hour to see the Lena with an appointment scheduled online. No one answered the phones or bothered to help us once we got there. Complete waste of time— unprofessional management. Please do better by your prospective future residents.

I looked at other properties in this area and liked this one. Additional plus is its walking distance from Raritan station. It is managed by only two people, Allison and Tatiana, considering its fairly large size. They helped resolve my problems. Do recall Allison's help when she spent considerable amount of time resolving an IT (email) related issue.

I filled out an application last September/October. I paid for that and the amenities fee which was $550. The same day I heard back from other apartment that I liked better so I just called them to let them know that I was not longer interested so they could issue a refund for the mentioned fee…. I’ve been waiting since then. They keep telling me they’re going to send a check that I never receive. I have emails saying that they are sending another one and nothing. I called so many times NOBODY EVER picks up. I even booked an appointment to speak with someone and that didn’t even work. I’ve been calling all week without an answer after someone told me last week that they will call me back. This place and the workers are absolutely incompetent. The service is just ridiculous.
