Discrimination against black women and families in crisis. Monteverde Refused to accept emergency funds after pandemic and recession crisis. They prefer to force homelessness than to accept emergency assistance! This community claims to be luxury living but they don’t care about their tenants. They say luxury however the elevators smells like dog urine, the garage is always broken, the call box worked 2 months out of my 3year stay. I was forced to wait about 6 months for a dishwasher, 8 months for a garage disposal, 7 months for a ice maker, 4 months my water filter, and my stove had to literally malfunction and almost kill my dog, before it was replaced. He was admitted to the vet due to extreme smoke inhalation. This damaged his lungs up for about a week. They must want the old tenants out because we signed the early bird special. My rent went up 200 bucks. If they kick me out they will charge a new tenant 500 more than me. It’s a scam to get lower income families out of this luxury rent scam. Even if money is there they would prefer kids sleeping on the streets. I spoke with Sophia/Valerie. They was surprisingly cold and non chalant. Stating that the owners didn’t say why but stated they will not send the needed documents to receive the emergency funds! They want you out !!!

The apartments floor plans are great but each apartment can have different interior amenities or design...cause they were once condos turned rentals. Prices are super high. Location is great!
