Worst place to live in Palm Beach County. I am counting down the days until my lease is up. Don't be fooled by the pictures online, inside the apartments are extremely outdated. Garbage skips are stationed in the middle of parking areas. Gym has been under renovation since June 2022, with no end in sight and when you ask the office team they always defer to corporate. For over 6 months I have had no ramp to access my side of the building and the response is always corporate. Why have a leasing office if everything is handled by corporate? This place is woefully overpriced and the amenities are lacking.
