I had one of the best apartment hunting experiences all thanks to Taya, the leasing manager. She gave me a tour, provided me with so much information and answered all of my questions with ease. I was even able to meet the property manager, Jasmine, who was very welcoming. Taya went above my expectations due to how attentive she was to my needs and the positive energy she exuded. Overall incredible experience with these two women!

What prompted me to submit this review is because I’ve been living at Latitide Pointe for 3 years. There was a man named Ed who ran the property poorly but since Jasmin has come on I have noticed more concern and care to the property and more concern and care for the tenants even though tenant interactions can be stressful and dangerous. The Office Staff under Jasmin have always been professional and courteous to me even though I can be a bit much. Jasmin also has her Maintenance crew more professional and courteous since her tenure here. I just want to show appreciation and thanks in acknowledging that though it is just a job and they don’t have to care, their actions and everything that they do here show that they do care.

I'm currently a resident and I honestly hate it I never get my service requests meet and I keep getting booted as a resident and have to pay a removal fee on top of my rent it's really a shame that residents get taken advantage of. I don't recommend anyone to live here and cannot wait for my lease to end so I can get out of here

If I could leave zero stars I would. The Apartment is decent for looks. You can tell that the renovations were solely for appearance without fixing underlying issues like replacing a door or closet doors and molded dry wall. They just paint over everything so that it smells new and looks white and bright. The door in my bathroom never closed because the hinges were painted over so many times. The bath tub probably needed to be replaced as that was painted over may times as a well. You can tell because each time you would clean it a layer of paint would be withered away and crack. The walls are incredibly thin, you can hear every pen drop, every conversation and every tv of your neighbors. You can hear every siren from the main road, every motor cycle and person who chooses to rev their engine at 1am. It is a gated community but you can easily walk around the gate if you wanted to go into the community. The gates hardly ever worked, they would always get broken so there was not really a point to have them there since they were just left open. The air conditioning in the rooms were not great. It would be super cold in the living room if your AC was down but be fairly warm in the bedrooms. The air seemed to just seep out. Each time that I took a warm shower that caused steam the fire alarm would go off. Not sure why that was. One time I had a leak in the walls of my bedroom, not sure where it was coming from, and it caused water stains. I called the emergency maintenance line because obviously i did not want to wake up with my room under water. Their emergency maintenance line is just a recorded line where you leave your name, number, and the emergency you have. They do not get back to you until regular business hours. When they did get back to me they sent someone out the next day around 12 (While I was at work) I came home and it smelled of fresh paint. They painted over the water stains on the baseboards and the water stains in the ceiling. Upon move out the apartment was left in good condition, as stated by Latitude Pointe. They still ended up keeping the 300 security deposit and proceeded to tell me that I owed around 350 dollars for routine paining, and apartment cleaning that is done in between tenants. I would hate to see what a person with a child and a dog’s payment would be upon move out. My rent raised from 1730 to 2500. Not worth the price at all unless they replace all the doors in the apartment including the closet doors, screen in the patios to avoid the various types of animals and bugs that leave webs and poop everywhere. It would be worth the price if they replaced the bath tubs/showers, and have seamless baseboards. The base boards look like they were glued on and are not seamless. I would not recommend living here if you value peace.

Does anyone know what number the resident has to,press to let people into the gate? Everytime I visit my mom she has to come get me because although the gate dials her phone none of the numbers she presses when she picks up works

She would have to sort that issue out with the office. Each apartment has its code. She can get the app as well for the gate.

Hi Deandra, on behalf of our on-site team, I took the time to view the communication thread in our system to ensure there is not something we’ve missed! Our team spoke to you on 6/5 and set an appt to tour, w/ email confirmation. A 2nd follow up was sent when you missed your appt. A rescheduling email was sent, and you called in on 6/15 and spoke to our team to reset your appt for 6/17. You missed your appt again on 6/17 and another rescheduling email was sent. All system emails have been received and opened. Our team attempted to call you on 6/22 and your VM was full, unfortunately! You sent a new contact card and you were followed up with at that time, but the team did not receive any replies. You called today, 9/1 and left the team a VM. Due to a storm, our internet & phones are completely down and we are awaiting the technician to arrive tomorrow. Our team will reach out again ASAP. Our sincere apologies for the inconvenience; we are frustrated, too! Thank you for your patience.
