Does anyone know what number the resident has to,press to let people into the gate? Everytime I visit my mom she has to come get me because although the gate dials her phone none of the numbers she presses when she picks up works

She would have to sort that issue out with the office. Each apartment has its code. She can get the app as well for the gate.

The residents got an email regarding this issue. She can call on Monday if she does not have a computer
