Then this might not be the place for you. The environment is awesome. Pool area is perfect. Gym is ok. But office sends out emails with the most bogus rules. Like no bikes on patio. Cars get booted all the time. Not enough parking for residents. 1500+ for 1 bedroom. Thick walls i don't hear any of my neighbors. Never had any issues with maintenance.
