I enjoyed living here when I first moved in but now it's a nightmare. The gate on the south side is always broken. The walls are apparently paper thin. I can hear my neighbors yelling at all hours. Their dog constantly barking. Management does nothing about it. Parking is a nightmare. I am almost never able to park in front of my building. The girls in the leasing office never answer the phone. There is never a sense of emergency about any complaint. Management needs to do better.

They do not answer the phone for prospective tenants. I can imagine how difficult it is to reach them as a resident. Wouldn't recommend.

Don’t waste your time with this place. They don’t even get back to you with a question about renting there. Wow! RED FLAG!! My husband and I found a better place anyways. We are moving to sunny south Florida from Long Island. From reading the reviews it doesn’t seem too many people are happy there. Oh, and the person I spoke to that didn’t know the answer to my question was named LESTER! Great job!! Bravo!!

Adding a star since another management company took over again the last year. They have been much better about maintaining the property and enforcing community rules that the previous one. Maintenance handled a request pretty efficiently when my washer broke and was replaced. This area may be slightly cheaper than some, though the rental rates are much higher now and this complex is no different. Update to previous review. New management took over and finding that they are much less responsive to questions or concerns and not keeping the buildings as maintained. The stairs and hallways are noticeably dirtier. There was construction done on the outside for several months on each building where they had to keep the entire building covered. We did receive compensation but the issue and time it took was concerning and not really clear to me what happened. I heard the stucco on the walls was never done right and had to be fixed. Good they fixed it they likely were cited violations but many residents were understandably frustrated. The management was then sold to another one not long after though they still manage two other complexes nearby. I've been very happy here since I moved into my first apartment here 6 months ago. The pool area is beautiful and looks like a hotel resort. The leasing office is organized and they try to engage the residents with cute events arranged and food trucks which are fun. They are also very responsive to any maintenance issues. I really appreciate the valet pick up and the apartments are pet friendly which makes the environment happy but at the same time the area is kept clean and I look forward to coming home. I would highly recommend.
