Please do not rent here this place is was such ah terrible waste of money roaches and mold everywhere dish washer and dryer a/c would break down all the time and they would come fix it when they fill like it and the ceilings would leak please don’t rent here

Neighborhood is alright, conditions fluctuate depending on where your apartment is located. Some areas are pleasant while others are unkept. Maintenance is nice however they usually take about a week to show up. Community is very pet friendly with a lot of kids which is a plus if those things are important to you. Management charged me a full months+ worth of rent for my last month living there even though it is supposed to be prorated. I was told I’ll receive a check within a month for the credited balance and am still waiting.

Haven’t seen a rat yet and if you have “bed bugs” you’re probably a very unhygienic individual. Parasites follow their hosts. If you live here, please move out and take your microscopic pets with you. It’s a great community, but like so many other places the occasional trash comes along. Ruins it for the rest of us... but not for long. The residents here work together and make it a great place to live.
