I have my kids in self defense classes. Frank is a great instructor and they love him! Great techniques, starting with the basics for a good foundation. They have learned a lot and feel comfortable with the moves.

Frank has been working with my 9 year old son for 3 months to help build stamina for other sports. He has helped greatly with overall conditioning & my son has fun working with him. He is very patient & excellent at explaining how to do the exercises & the reasoning behind the techniques. It has increased his speed, agility & endurance considerably. It has been a pleasure to see his improvement & I would reccomend Frank to anyone no matter their age.

I've been training with Frank for only 2 weeks and already feel stronger and more confident! I am so glad I found this place and would recommend it to anyone.

Yes, we have group classes and private training. Which would you prefer?

Hi Jonathan, if you are referring to our fitness Boot Camp program, then yes it is a great program for young athletes. What I would recommend even more would be our private training programs. Our instructor will create a training program specifically for the athlete to help improve their performance. Please let me know if you have any further questions.

What’s the best way to help maintain my progress with working if I can’t get to the gym? Do to working a lot.

Hey Quincy! Great question. Diet is key. Eating healthy is the best way to maintain your progress outside of the gym.
