Don’t waste your time here!! This management company is TERRIBLE! Let’s start off with the fact that we had an appointment at a different complex (Whalers cove) earlier (coincidentally same management company) We had a scheduled appointment, confirmed it and no one was there to show us the apartment! They had us wasting our time driving there for 40 minutes for NOTHING!!! What a WASTE OF TIME! We waited there in the heat for 20 minutes, called non-stop and they didn’t even answer the phone! This is so UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE. If they won’t show up why didn’t they call us to cancel our confirmed appointment???!! After deciding to leave we went to our next appointment at a different complex (Indian Hill). As we get there we notice it’s the same management company! We come to the leasing office and then they tell us they don’t have any 3bd apartment available to show us, only 2 or 1! That someone rented the 3bd and the next available one won’t be for another 3 months!!! Seriously??!!! Where is the courtesy to call and let us know so we don’t waste our time getting there???!!! This is literally the WORST treatment we’ve ever faced. They DID NOT CARE and don’t know how to value peoples time!! If this is how they act to a potential sale, I don’t even want to imagine how they act to a current tenant! ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!

Maria Vasquez the office manager is so rude she does not handle the tenant complaints in regard of the unit. I have been living at this apartment for two years. The units have molds all my stuff clothes and shoes are destroyed because of the molds that are in the bedroom, bathroom it's literally the whole units. I went to the office to explain to Maria about what's going on in the unit, she was so rude to me and my kids. I told her that i was going to call corporate she replied go ahead they are not going to do nothing, because she is corparate. Please DO NOT rent from this place. They need new management someone that can respond to the tenant problems concerning the unit.

Excellent Condo! clean renovated apartments, super efficient administration, they answer quickly when we need them. Grade 10 . The organization to notify when there is a food truck in the Administration …. very good. pool and clean restrooms. Friendly and polite staff… I just think the gym equipment needs to be renewed. The gym is always clean and renewed, just the equipment. But other than that, it was all very good! very nice and quiet place to live

DO NOT MOVE HERE. I'm a travel nurse who lived at this place for a full year, completed my lease, paid my rent on time, respected the apartment and left zero damages. Communication was absolutely appalling, even after follow up an face to face communication in addition to multiple phone calls with both office/ property managers. But the really disgusting part of this place is the money they attempt to squeeze out of you at every opportunity.Not a month went by I did have some type of mystery balance on my account. False documentation of conversations left and right. Staff has no clue what they are doing, can' keep a story straight and "don't remember" or deny any and all communication I've ever had with them. Do yourself a favor and do all communication via email and written documentation. But better yet don't put yourself through the stress for a mediocre apartment.
