IMT Service request on 9/13/22 Mr. Ivan responded the same day my request was submitted. He brought the replacement part with him, and the service was completed. Thank you, Ivan, for your prompt and continued service. 6/14/2022 At IMT, we have the best service crew and management. I requested service on 6/9 where most of the repairs were done by Juan, but when I reminded maintenance that the job was not complete, Juan came back within 48 hours to complete the work. It’s a pleasure to live at IMT Boynton knowing that whenever there is an issue with the unit, maintenance and staff are ready to serve. Thanks for your courtesy, experience and professionalism! Don’t ever change. IMT service request- Saturday 5/14 around 4;15 pm, we had an emergency at the apartment where water was leaking and spread from the AC unit out to the dining floor. Called office and spoke to Toby. Toby immediately dispatched one of the maintenance guys. Ruben arrived within 10 min and repaired the problem. He vacuumed the water and did fixed something from the outside. Soon after the water leak stopped. This is the second time we’ve encountered an issue with the AC. It’s a very old unit. I hope that IMT replaces this unit soon so to be compatible with the new condenser or evaporator unit that’s outside the building. Thank you so much Ruben for coming at such an urgent notice. You are an experienced professional who knows what to do. You were patient and courteous. Keep up the good work. We appreciate you. Service 3/30/2022 When I called the office and spoke to Tonya, she quickly submitted my request. Soon after Ivan came by later that day. He fixed the problem with the AC and promised he would come the next day to finish the service requests. As Promised Ivan came and completed every request properly. I can't thank Ivan enough for his professionalism and experience he and the rest of the team at IMT. It is a pleasure to live her when you know whatever is needed to be fixed, IMT is at the rescue. Thank you kindly.

Service was great 👍🏾 no complaints. I've been living here for 4yrs now, and I've never had any problems. The grounds are always clean and kept up. The maintenance guys are wonderful and so professional.As soon as I report that I need something fixed or done in my apartment, they come right away. The office staff is so friendly and helpful. Plus, it's a perfect place to live. You have every restaurant, retail store and even a mall within walking distance.
