I just read somewhere that they are offerimg day passes for the first time.
No day passes, only hotel guests get access to the water park in order to prevent overcrowding, but a one night stay gives you access they day of through 8:30pm the day you check out. They also have several activity passes that you can buy for all the additional activities they offer, like the arcade, build-a-bear, obstacle course, bowling, magic quest, etc.
Unfortunately they do not unless you know someone who is staying at the resort
