I think you can ,but they provide all the safety equipment
No on floaty but do have infant life jackets to use for free and a toddler seperated play area. I was just there with my daughter and 1 year old grand daughter.
Not sure about the floaty but they have life jackets that can be used for free
They say you cant being a floaty but i saw lots of kids with them
