Apartment is not up to par I have had issues since day one, day one my ac went out had very bad leakage they only dried the living area even though I notified my closet in my room was also soaking wet ,I’ve requested pest control numerous of times for spiders there response we live in Florida that is unacceptable I have toddler in that home and there were a lot of spiders . My property was left outside for 3 whole days after the apartment complex had a issue with mold in my washer in dryer area after speaking with a representative the day before who scheduled with me a day and time for them to come they chose to go in stating a emergency!! But I was never notified of said emergency and they left my property out the door for 3 days , but response was oh it was a emergency so I asked why did the enter my home if the issue was the washer and dryer area where my lights was left on and blind was missing I had never even gone on the back patio after moving in no response, they don’t work with there residents I was late one month and the harassment you get they only want your money didn’t even care it was a pandemic nothing they change office people 3 times in one year can’t keep anyone and they lie so much they do what they want on the maintenance orders I had to pay someone to come fix my sink drainage cause they never did after two request never answer the phone or emails I can go on they entire lease I stay there maybe 2 months. Only my child couldn’t live with spiders oh don’t let me forget bathroom water has a smell like sewer water they have nothing to with this and we need to call ouc never even came in to see what I was referring to wouldn’t recommend to my worse enemy if they give u a lake view just know u will never be able to enjoy your patio bugs everywhere

They have a listing on Zillow and husband contacted. They entertained us for two weeks and gave us a tour date for TODAY, but somehow it was never mentioned that they have zero available units. How are we supposed to tour and possibly rent a unit that isn’t there?? We wasted time and gas to get to this place because of their scammy service and lies. Probably dodged a bullet given the other awful reviews. If their staff is so uncoordinated and unprofessional like this it’s a surprise why they’re still in business. Scam scam scam. 👎

Dont do it! I had been there for 2 years and they are unprofessional. They are very rude. They never answer the phone. Maintenance comes and looks at the apartment and never comes back to fix anything. It is rat infested to the point my family has been eating out to avois our food being eaten by rodents. I have had contractors come leave leave a whole in my wall overnight with a small child. I have had whats was said to be a washer leak turn out to be a leak in the water tank which filled my wall with water caused mold and damage to a wifi box I had to replace. Then when you express interest in moving out at the end of your lease they treat you horribly even though I moved out because I had 1 more child and needed more space. Make this your last resort and thats what it was for me during a scramble during the pandemic as a first time renter. Never again.

My first year living in Orlando and married and this was the complex I lived at. It's been great and the neighborhood is on the calm side. The apartment I am in has the view of the lake. I have built positive relationships with the neighbors, helped them out when needed. Management and maintenance crew have always been nice to me. During my 1 year here, the people at the office and the maintenance team has changed so I'm not all too familiar with the new people except the tall man at the office (he's cool). There's some things here that could be better (cleanliness of certain areas, etc) but overall I enjoyed living here. And I wish I didn't have to leave. Costs of rent in many places have increased significantly like here, but if it wasn't for that then I would have stayed. Some helpful things to know beforehand: 1) There's one trash compactor for the whole complex so depending on where you are, it may be a far walk. Just because it's some distance don't leave your trash anywhere. 2) Internet here only takes Spectrum and AT&T, not Xfinity. Not sure about others. However Spectrum has been very reliable to me. Great and fast customer service. 3) There are additional monthly expenses in addition to rent so be sure to identify those especially if you're not used to extra expenses like me. 4) As with every place, do a physical walkthrough first to see if it's to your standards. COVID makes it difficult. But see if you can so that you aren't surprised.
