I came in to New York Bride & Groom twice and had such a good experience both times! Everyone is so helpful and nice and they have a huge selection of dresses and accessories. I tried my dress on the first time I came and they noted it down in my file and were able yo pull it for me right away when I came back to try it again! The fitting rooms are great and private with plenty of room for a group and a separate changing area. Great experience and I would definitely recommend it!

AMAZING experience! I had such a hard time finding my dress and literally went to 8 different stores - this was hands down my favorite. Everything about this place was great, starting with the people. Shout out to Jordan who had never ending patience, great energy and wonderful taste - she pulled the dress I chose! The whole team was fantastic and so attentive. No appointment needed, no pressure environment, honestly loved that I could dress myself and be in the dressing room as long as I needed without a stranger constantly evaluating my reactions. I could go on but I'll leave it at this - you don't need to go anywhere else, this is your place.

I’ll admit I was skeptical of going to a bridal salon that doesn’t take appointments. I was worried we weren’t going to have the attention of a sales associate but I was wrong. I cannot recommend this place enough! You can pull the dresses yourself and they will help you find what you need as well. The rooms have a nice half wall so the bride can change on one side and there’s couches and chairs on the other by the mirror and pedestal. No awkward standing around waiting for the bride to change. We were very comfy and we’re offered beverages. Definitely check it out!

I was extremely hesitant with the lack of appointments; however, each time I visited the salon I was assisted quickly. I worked with Aslynn and she was so sweet and patient. I am under a tight timeline and they were able to find a stock dress that I like, after awhile all the dresses start to look the same. I was offered to purchase the sample dress given my timeline, however it would have been a full cost, for a dress tried on by who knows how people, gross. Nonetheless, Aslynn was super accommodating and not pushy. I hope the dress is received in a reasonable timeframe and the alterations experience is similar to the purchase experience. Would recommend this store and the assistance of Aslynn!

Out of the 8 I chose to try on they ranged from $375-$1295. But I didn't check tags until after pulling dresses.
Takes about 6 months to get dress and another 6 weeks for alterations. They're very friendly and helpful.

Hi Andrea - thanks for your question! We do not purchase used wedding dresses although we have heard many success stories from our brides who have gone in that direction post-wedding! In most cases, the dresses were sold through websites that the bride found on google. We wish you the best of luck!
Hi Diane - thank you for inquiring! We can absolutely order a dress by a designer that we carry, even if we don't have that particular sample in store! Our store policy does require full payment for bridal gowns, however we are happy to work with you if that is not a feasible option. Before ordering your dress, ask your consultant how we may be able to assist!
