Move in, this place is outdated and ugly too. Theirs is an awful smell in the kitchen. Stove and fridge are old and bad condition. Bathroom are nasty and old for what we pay here. The only good thing is the floor, hardwood through the apt. Extra charges for this and that. Roaches and apt wasn’t clean at all. Hair and very dirty. Call pest control which they charge 4 dollars said would come and did not.olive came because fight. Don’t feel safe at all. If you want more pics, i will gladly upload or sent it toyou.

Please upper management keep Akira she is a wonderful wonderful property manager. She is doing the best she can she's not wonder woman she is one person doing 10 people's jobs come on now. If you get rid of her you will be doing your property a disservice.

I absolutely love my apartment complex. The neighborhood is fairly quite given the area it’s located in but it’s more because of my property manager Akira. She truly truly cares for her residents. I came down with some financial hardships and Akira fought tooth and nail on my behalf for extensions as I waited for the financial assistance to be approved. She works early mornings and late nights. Shes big on communication and is willing to work with you as long as you work with her. Come check her out at Marbella Park! I promise you all will love it

Marbella has a great display of what customer service and resident care is all about. Upon applying for an apartment here Akira was extremely helpful and helped me to feel right where my fiancé and I needed to be just before our marriage. She does an amazing job at taking care of any resident that needs her assistance. I definitely recommend Marbella if you’re looking for a place to feel right at home
