I have never written a review, but I really need to speak up about the reality of living here. I suggest looking elsewhere. As it is one of cheapest place to rent , you will get cheap service. I am moving out next month thank God! the traffic just to try to get out the complex is overwhelming. I had no heater during the winter cold months and still not fixed. Water turns off at random hours once a week for hours. Imagine water turning off in the middle of your showers, yeah!As far the staff, they are nice, but maintenance (if you can get any at all) usually takes 1-2 months to fix issues, only if you get lucky. Look for a place that you will have running water, clean buildings, no mold, horrible traffic, and better maintenance.

The place was a little rundown in the moment we stepped foot in the lobby the person who greeted us and had us go to their desk had tissues all over and then took our IDs. Very gross. On top of that the moment they showed us a one bedroom one bath it immediately smelled like mold and if you looked in the vents covered in mold! DONT GO HERE.

After a long drive and getting here after the office closed. Adriana was a life saver. She stayed for us so we could get our key. I wanted to make sure she gets recognition for for going above and beyond. She is amazing. Thank you Adriana!!!! The apartment had a few issues when we moved in. The washer didn’t have cold water only hot. The A/C didn’t work. I am thankful it wasn’t too hot in here. We found 1 roach and 4 small roaches. The alarm system and smart lock didn’t work. I let the office staff know and everything has been fixed and and the apartment will be sprayed for critters. They have made sure everything is done quickly to make sure we are satisfied. Thank you to the staff at Sabal Palm you are great.

I recently just moved into this friendly apartment complex from miami. I just got a job offer and was able to get approved for the unit quickly as well as had all my questions answered. Specifically one of the office staff Christina went well above and beyond to ensure paperwork was completed as answered every question with An email / phone call within a very timely manner. I have had to move to many places due to my travel career, but have had exceptional help only a handful of times. I finally been here for a week and go to enjoy the amenities offered such as the gym and the pool. I did encounter one problem with the AC which was fixed within a day . Christina made a work order for me as well as insured that the problem was fixed .The apartment complex provides a convenient online portal where you can submit requests for any work or you need done, such as work on appliances/ home related issues. I HIGHLY recommend this area because it’s very quiet and clean… and has exceptional staff working
