The most impressionable aspect of this community is the professionalism of the staff and the consistency. They’ve always been very knowledgeable about their processes and was always sure to educate their residents. The customer experience has always been pleasant. The upkeep of the grounds has been consistent as well. It’s a beautiful community.

I really must say that the maintenance staff at Wellesley apartments are absolutely amazing. I put my request for three maintenance items in yesterday and they were here this morning. They are always extremely responsive and expedient.

Work order was completed in a couple of hours. Whenever I have a request/s, if they can't get to me that same day, I'm informed when the work will be completed. Always courteous and polite!

Great community based neighborhood. Plenty of barbecue stations large pool and fitness center. Very quiet and clean I know I do security from 8-4am next to Lowe’s and close to Publix
