In my life I’ve never worked with a more unreasonable, negligent organization. This company has had virtually no presence or communication. The only way to reach them is to stop by in person where you wait in the long line of angry tenants. Voicemails and calls are not returned unless they want something from you. They’ve have a broken rear entry gate since before I moved in that has never been repaired, while my apartment was marketed to me as being “near the rear entry” at lease signing. MY VEHICLE WAS STOLEN FROM THEIR LOT and, when the police report requested videos from the management company, we were told “the cameras are not actually in working order.” I reported issues in the apartment at move-in that were not fixed to this day, one of which was a black mold concern. The garbage area is so poorly maintained that garbage is left in a 15’ diameter around the entire unit. The smell and uncleanliness is abhorrent. Please PLEASE do not fall for the 4-5 star reviews on this place. If they exist they are not accurate, not honest, or perhaps out of date. Recommended to just drive through the community on a weekend. Anyone can get in (they don’t check IDs if you just say you live there!) and see what kind of place this is.

I been a resident for the past 2 years and honestly management is a joke. 3 property managers in the span of a year. Same excuses everyone is new, nothing is ever fixed. I had my car broken into twice with no help from security. Office staff could care less

In this property somebody stole my four tires and rims, nobody is responsible and they also want to tow my vehicle. everything is wrong with these people
